"I am A frequent customer here as my shower and plumbing, have been messed up for awhile. I happened to have left my vintage Geneve solid 14k and 6 diamond, double rope watch on top of the toilet tank Saturday night. I left and came back an hour later to ask the cleaning lady and then the front office and both replied no. I know when people lie and I've had this watch for 15+ years. I am truly disappointed in the honesty of the employees as I know this hasn't been the first time with them dealing with customers and left items. Karma is a b**ch."

"This place doesn't like black people.I went there and tried to rent a room and the lady there looked me in my eyes and lied to me. I asked her for a single and she told me there weren't any. I called about an hour later and the same woman answered and said that they have singles. All I could do is shake my head. It's cool and thank you. I'll never stay somewhere I'm not wanted. This is not a place to go if you're a black person."

"Centrally located near the border of South Houston and Pasadena. The rooms are awesome since the flooding during Hurricane Harvey. New bedding, new floors (laminate wood) and very clean. The smoking rooms don't smell like you'd expect. Cost per night went up but it's well worth it, especially having a nice room in this location."
