"Contemplated on writing a review but I’ve decided to share my experience anyways. Richardson was my dr for my very first pregnancy, being new to motherhood & not knowing what to expect she never advised me on what to look out for. I understand not wanting to scare a new mother but the whereabouts of our appointments were in & out. Now, baby seemed healthy to where no red flags were raised. My pregnancy resulted in a still birth. A week before I delivered I went to the er because I was concerned about discharge. As close to the end I was I knew my body was getting ready for baby to be delivered but at this point I didn’t know what was normal & what was concerning. The dr on call came in & was suggesting an emergency c-section. To be sure they ran an ultrasound test to see if it was necessary. The dr advised he’d be okay. (Richardson admitted to not being thorough, just scrolling past it in my records) A week later we went to the er again with another discharge concern. At this point baby had no heartbeat. I remembered back I felt less & less movement from my son. Had my dr educated me I could’ve came in sooner. I didn’t know this was something to be concerned about. The same dr who seen me the week before in the er delivered my stillborn and I didn’t see my ob until later the same day, at night! I delivered @6am!! Nurses were even questioning why she never showed up. It was till I lost my baby she finally showed compassion or interest of my concerns. My whole pregnancy I was just another paycheck. For my postpartum care I changed drs as soon as I could!! Hopefully she treats her patients with more care now!!"

"He’s such a great doctor and she def makes sure she does whatever needs to be done for her patients to be good again."

"Bedside manner and medical knowledge is excellent. However, she will not return calls, answer messages, or respond to requests. It has happened at least 3 times in the past with my mom. Even requests from home health agencies have gone unanswered. She is no longer my mom’s pcp."
