"Patty was very rude and unprofessional. She told us that we could pick up our cat between 4-5PM. We arrived at 4:30PM and as soon as we enter the building she starts making snarky remarks about how she’s ready to close and was mad at the time we arrived then when those were the times we were given. She was beyond hateful and I HIGHLY recommend not going there. She is the definition of a Karen and I would not go there again even as a last resort."
