"Bow wow grooming is an awful place, I recently took my poodle there just to get a trim and when I got there to pick her up she hadn't had to trim and she was covered in urine and feces and the owner Rhonda said that she was too mean to get a haircut. Which is completely untrue, but even if it was they fail to contact me to even let me know that they couldn't cut my dog's hair. A friend of mine also just had a cat there that recently came home with a broken leg and they also stated that it was because it was mean that that had happened"
"A few months ago I took my dog to be groomed. The groom was ok but they cut off her fur really short on the sides. When I complained about it the owner didn't respond. Very unprofessional I would have hoped that they would have done something to rectify the situation. So today I had an appointment to take her back my groomer is on vacation right now so I was going to take her back to bow wow's. When I got there the owner informed me that they will not groom her because I made a complaint. Also the grooming area is very dirty. I mean FILTHY! I WILL REPORT THIS TO The BBB!!"
