"Absolute worst!!!!! Called in to inquire about wait time for a sick kid. I was told there is no wait at all right now, so we headed in. Checked in and sat down to begin the waiting. Been waiting for an hour so far and noticed about 3 or 4 people who walked in after us got their names called and headed back. So I went up to the front desk and was told the reason the people who came in after us were getting in is because they had online appointments. And then was told that we would have to sit here and wait for all online appointments and incoming online appointments before we could be seen. 6 more people have come in and gone ahead of us. What a ridiculous system. Makes no sense, it says walk in are welcome… make that welcome to wait until all online appointments and all incoming online appointments are seen. Highly recommended going somewhere else. If you have to use bsa make sure you go online first. Walk ins are welcome to wait!!!!!"
"This place is on point. Very nice people. Efficient systems to get you in and out especially if you are an existing BSA patient. And they close at 8 meaning they will take you in until 8."
"I, myself and my daughter have been going here for years. The front desk use to always be so kind, helpful and respectful. But not this time. I took my daughter in yesterday, on a Sunday. Got to the front the lady seemed just bothered that I was even there. Didn’t know the system was down, so I had to drive home to get my insurance card and back. (Which is fine, my daughter had to be seen) returned. The lady in the next window was a little more pleasant but not much. Like stated, feels like they just didn’t want to be there. The visit after that was just fine, until I had to check out. Once again, met with a not so positive attitude. I had to get a Drs note for my daughter that they didn’t even give me. I should have doubled checked.. but kinda just want to take my daughter to her own dr before having to come back here."
"This used to be my go to place anytime I was sick for years. I’ve always had good service. This was my second time coming in within a week so a few days ago I went back (I was positive for strep throat FIRST time I went and I was told by the doctor to come back if not improved) so I did just that. The lady at the desk seemed more interested in the football game that was playing on tv and her phone AND smacking her gum loudly. The lobby was empty. I felt like an inconvenience for her and she was very short with me. She couldn’t even hand me a mask she just slid it across the counter. Seriously?! When I needed a doctors note she seemed put out to even have to do that and made me feel like I wasn’t even sick and wasting her time. (Ended up testing positive for covid-19 while trying to get over strep throat). Also I had to make a phone call to them because they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Pretty sure it was the same lady on the phone. She was complaining that “this is a pain to have to change pharmacies” and gripping the whole time. (Also to add she kept calling me “patient” instead of by name) Very unprofessional. Before I could even say “thank you” she hung up on me. I’ve been in customer service for 6 years I understand there are stressful/frustrating days but you NEVER let the customer see or hear you complaining about doing something for them. NEVER. I wish I got her name. She had shoulder length blonde hair. I will not return."
"Thank you staff and Dr. Flores for caring for our elderly father today. Only urgent care that stepped up and helped us and did an excellent job. Got us in very quickly, respectful and very professional. You made a huge positive difference. Highly recommend."
