"Never come here if you need a speicalist. Even if you tell the girls up front when you make an appointment they don’t ever listen or don’t care I don’t know. They never put you on a day that the specialist is ever here. Rude and makes patients feel uncomfortable in an already uncomfortable situation. I just waste my time and money every time I’m here. Still haven’t gotten my procedure done on my 5th apt despite them being aware of the specialist necessity. Edit: I stand by this. We got a procedure done same day at Texas tech where none of that shady shii happen."

"Very rude and unprofessional, Everytime you call up there they give you different information and they never know what's going on. I was having a lot of pain and I had to beg the doctor to check my IUD after she kept telling me that I was fine and it turns out it had come out and was lodged. I expressed some other concerns and she laughed at me and told me she didn't know what was causing my symptoms. I haven't been back"

"i got my nexplanon in maybe a month ago and have been profusely bleeding since the day i got it, to the point to where i throw up. I am a college student and have had to run back and fourth from my house to the college missing important lectures because of the bleeding (which is also extremely embarrassing i show up for my appointment this morning im generally told “there is no one to take out your nexplanon” tmi but the cup you urinate in when you first come in is RED because of how badly i am bleeding. i’m sat down in the room and the Dr who inserted my nexplanon is more worried about how “expensive” the device is other than the fact that i have been severely ill from the implant. asking me if i want to use the pill too control the bleeding asking me if i’ve tried the “ ibuprofen” method and keeps pushing me too keep something in my body that is making me severely ill. 0/10 do not recommend and if i do get pregnant again it will be better than coming back here anytime soon"

"The front desk ladies don't know what there doing, they say different things to you than say sorry they informed you wrong. No communication what so ever and the one place were you can't bring little ones in with you. I have never heard of that all the other obgyn clinics let you. I wasn't going to get annual exam or anything where I needed to get undress and you also can't be late at all or they'll reschedule you but they can take 30 minutes or more to call you back when there running behind or when they over book people for appointments no figures right. Not a very good place to go but the majority of us don't have a choice and they know it maybe that's why they do what they do there."
