"I dropped off my Pyrenees cross, Jojo and my 10 month King Charles puppy, Jasper. I recieved a call that JoJo was being aggressive. (she is a gentle giant, I was surprised)I replied on my way, and went immediately to pick them up. I jumped in the car, and my car phone turned on: the Salon had not hung up the phone. To my alarm, I heard a lady screaming profanities at JoJo, and appeared to be repeatedly hitting and rattling the dog cage. Then she screamed, I don't like this "effing"(I am abbreviating to not be vulgar online) little dog either. I could hear her repeatedly hitting Jasper, and screaming profanities calling him names. Then again back to Jojo, and Jasper. In horror, this continued for 15 minutes, as I drove frantically to pick them up. On my arrival, I informed them I had heard and recorded the abuse, but they denied it, and screamed profanities at me. I am heartbroken I put my dogs in harms way. I am not a voice analyst, but believe it was the blond lady, after listening to both of them. Both dogs were traumatized, and my puppy flinched all night when approached. I can not believe people you entrust and pay for services would treat your animals in this matter, heartbreaking. FYI- I remained calm, paid my bill, and requested a paid in full reciept - she didn't want to provide me one. I waited and had my phone recording as evidence that I was not being disruptive."
"I had a 2:30 appointment to have my cat groomed. At 6pm I called to check if she was ready. No answer. Drove to the salon. She was still in her carrier sitting in urine. No more! Would give zero stars if I could."
"The worst grooming I’ve ever seen!!! My Australian Shepherd looks horrible. Strands of hair sticking out, smells like smoke, hair not touched around the ears, still matted. Blue Healer we are brushing now with piles of hair. My appointment was 1pm and was not ready until 8pm. Both dogs were extremely thirsty. I do not recommend this place !!"
"I have tried 2 other places.,was not satisfied. When picked up my Maltese ,I all most cried. She was Beautiful. I rescued her ,from Spencer county. I was thrilled, she will go back. Thanks so MUCH."
"I took my 2 year old 70 lbs Australian Shepard to get his first hair cut ever to this salon. He was very anxious and scared to be there, but the owner and her staff made BOTH of us feel very welcomed in the shop and my baby was able to feel so much better and way less anxious. The staff let me sit in the back with him to help keep him calm during the hair cut. I expressed to the owner this was my first time, and she gave him the cut I asked for exactly (no shaving, and neat full body trim). I am very pleased with his haircut and so happy that they listened. They treated my fur baby with respect and lots of love. Staff were incredibly friendly and engaging with customers, and gave my dog tons of TLC and you can tell that they truly care about animals. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone, especially those who have big dogs with tons of hair. I'd rate 10/5 stars!!!"
