"They have good prices because they focus on a few mainstream colors (currently white) and buy them in bulk. They also carry other colors just like other places, but the really good deals are on the maybe 6 colors they buy in bulk. The installers did a good job and office staff worked with me through all my questions."

"I would have give them zero rating for the quality of the quartz products they sell. There will be few items on sale. We have chosen one of those in sale and installed kitchen countertops with them about 18months ago and it costed a lot. Now, we see deep visible white water marks around the sink where we place utensils stand to dry and the place where we place our hand soap bottle. If it is happening just with water, isn’t it the quality of the quartz? When we reach out to them, they simply say it is due to chemicals to void the warranty. Warranty is just a selling point for them. Later when an actual issue occurs with cheapest quality they sell, they get biased to the manufacturer and say them as chemicals. Who would use harsh chemicals in kitchen with a 1 year old baby? Do we risk our lifes by cleaning kitchen with chemicals? They just don't listen to our arguments and say it is due to chemicals. They are totally rubbish to tell and to escape from the warranty process. Ever ever don’t go with them for quartz. I don’t know about other services/products quality they sell. Don’t get manipulated by the google reviews they get like we did. Work/quality seems to be good right after the install. Actual quality will be known only after using few months. Ours is the right example that they are selling cheapest products. Their business model itself is worst. If the customer has any issue they need to fight with manufacturer for the warranty by listening to the arguments of the customer. They started to escape/ get biased with manufacturer instead. It is very disheartening with their way of solving issues. It’s not even two years and the big amount of money has gone into vain. PS - I am not able to give response to the business owner’s reply. Hence consider the below as my response. The marks are clearly around the sink which is a high traffic area in kitchen. They are just water drops that got soaked into this cheap quality quartz. Water in and around Austin suburbs are very hard. If the quartz is getting spots in such a way with just water then one should get to a conclusion that how worst it is!!! Please access the images and check if the stain looks like splash or water drops that got soaked into quartz? Am clear they are selling cheap product and getting biased to manufacturer when it comes warranty part. Check the company from which they are selling this quartz material before making any purchase. Who would like to waste their time to write review to effect their business. What will the customers get from that? We are writing our review genuinely so that others get educated on what they do. Be cautious while shopping. Thank you."

"Great experience working with JL on two projects involving cabinets and quartz. Office staff was very responsive/helpful and installers did quality work. When it seemed like all other suppliers in Austin did not have cabinets or quartz available, JL came through with materials very quickly. Will definitely use JL again for additional projects!"

"JL cabinet was recommended to us by our neighbor, and we are very happy about the end result and their customer service! We worked primarily with Chloe; we demoed our entire kitchen, and installed white shaker cabinets and Carrara classic quartz countertop, a three-sided waterfall island, a bar top; we also got a bathroom double vanity using the same material. Everything combined came to ~16k, which is very reasonable. Chloe is very responsive and professional; she designed the kitchen layout for us, and it was a seamless experience. We waited for 1.5 months for the cabinets and installation. The installation teams were courteous and professional. They made a mistake in installing a different vanity countertop, and immediately corrected the mistake the next day. We are very happy about the whole experience, and have started to recommend them to our friends."

"Great Experience from start to finish!! We contacted them to replace our granite island with quartz and the price was WAY better than we were expecting and ended up replacing all our bathroom countertops. It always makes you a little nervous when the price seems too good to be true, but we were blown away by the final results. They installed the counters 10x better than the builder. They take pride in their work and it shows. We also REALLY appreciated that we were able to use their sinks or provide our own...we couldn't be happier with the end result!"
