"In April 2019 I sufferd the begining of a Heart attack while staying in this room. A couple of days later while at home in Waxahachie, Tx. I had a heart attack and was placed in the hospital, Baylor Scott White, Waxahachie Tx. for 2 days. Note: I also found out that I have an older heart, that of a 65 year old and that I have high cholesterol."

"On April4th I stayed at this Motel(I still have 2 reciepts)Before renting the room I went by Andrews.A person was playing a guitar next door(greenday) all night long I heard Judas Priest being played in the parking lot, the same cd thats in my cars cd player. Note: This is in south Oak Cliff. I payed for a second day and started feeling bad due to chemicals I left and was followed home. I ended up going to the hospital by ambulance 2 days later due to heart failure and stayed 2 days.9-23-19 Note:Someone also has a second set of keys to my toyota corolla.9-26-19 I heard a comment that night "Paul didn't deserve this" Note: Ive stayed at this motel 3 or 4 times in the last 6 months."
