"Ignore any other review you read and read mines.. 1st I was able to check in early without a fee. I got a first floor as requested it was a smooth process. I was skeptical but tbh I needed somewhere to go asap!! And I wasn’t about to put 100 deposit down for a hotel. I was able to see the room before I purchased and it smelled clean and was clean but I switched rooms to the back which was a minor mistake. THERE ARE ROACHES BUT BABY ONES and tbh I only seen 5 and I smashed it and continued my stay.. room was ok it needed to be cleaned just a more like dusted down!! It was ok until the upstairs neighbor got home and there child stomped through the night.. so annoying!! But besides that I have no complaints If you need a place asap and don’t wanna spend all the extra money and are ok with smashing a baby roach then stay here it’s not as bad as the reviews say I promise. My stay was quiet and I felt no safety issue. If my room was a little more clean and I didn’t see those 5 baby roaches I’d give it 5 stars.. people on here are going overboard with the reviews.. this is a great spot to find anything to eat and to see Dallas life. Please don’t let the reviews determine your decision. *update after a 2 day stay.. it’s to many roaches they are crawling on the beds im glad I didn’t move anything in the room. I don’t know what company they use but they need Orkin!!! I’m leaving and won’t be back until they fix the roach issue. You can’t even eat without roaches flocking the moment the smell arises!!!"

"It was peaceful. The water was hot which was wonderful. New bathroom fixtures, full fridge and freezer in room (awesome), very comfortable beds. Furniture was in new-like condition. Some stains on the sheets and comforter with a couple cigarettes burns but we didn't mind. First room was not ready when we went to check it so we were re-assigned. The next room was great. Booking through Red Roof App did not show us our reservation on arrival and could not check it during our stay through the app to verify checkout time/date (poor memory sometimes). There are deposits on check in that I am pretty sure were not mentioned in the app. Between $15-50. Overall cost before getting deposit back was $109 a night. Clean location, the nicest lobby and amenities by far of any Red Roof I have ever visited. I really would have liked some premium movies channels like HBO. That was a significant disappointment not to have premium movies channels as I LOVE movies."

"Be prepared to pay an additional $50 deposit when you get to the hotel. Even after I left it took 7 days before the deposit showed back up on to my credit card. Parking is very limited at this hotel, especially when they're at full capacity. The hotel doesn't have any breakfast and they barely serve coffee. The room was okay nothing to brag about."

"This location needs a deep clean. The staff and location are great and they gave me a voucher to stay at another of their hotels when I complained about the roaches and broken door lock. I won't stay here again unless they fix those issues, but I do appreciate how they handled my complaints."

"Rooms were clean and they have a mini fridge. Way better than Motel 6 that's for sure. There's a $50 incidental charge for staying here which is not bad. Some other places charge $100 or more. I'd stay here again if needed. They have a pool too."
