"I lived there for a while it had its ups and downs and although the previous landlord had issues fixing things , it needed upgrades that's for sure. After one of the buildings burned down, the new management that took over has updated the place, I had to move out due to them repairing the place, I had my issues but I hope it's for the better"

"I visit a good friend who currently lives in an apartment here. The conditions of this property are humbling & disturbing to put it mildly. These "apartments": are dilapidated, have numerous city & health code violations, are infested w/roaches & bed bugs--as others have correctly said for 7+ yrs now, have a considerable amount of visible mildew & musty mold b/c of unrepaired leaks/consistent excessive moisture, tenants are sometimes forced to go w/o gas &/or running water more than a week & let's not forget the property owners repeat use of the oldest, most unsanitary, soiled w/EVERYTHING, nastiest carpet still in use in this country! To call this place a "dive" is giving it too much credit....IT'S NOT FIT FOR HUMANS!!!"

"One of the few motels that rent by the week only $250 a week outstanding unfortunately they've had some problems with the gas line and the water line but I believe they've got those things resolved it's a good place for kids family run business and half the property is an apartment complex. This business has fought through the years to stay open and available to those travelers who need safe and affordable shelter for themselves and their families that travel with them.The friendly drug free environment alone earns them 4 stars from me. I'm thinking about staying there myself for a while.need I say more?"

"I would give it negative stars if I could. First off the management is super nosey and creepy they watch the cameras and call you and ask what you are doing or ask why you're going somewhere. You can't have visitors at all, they will kick them off the property and kick you out. They expect you to just sit in your room and not come outside. The owner is on drugs and walks around with the flashlight at night looking in your cars. The rooms are terrible they have roaches. The biggest rip-off"

"Some friends lived here. Repeat LIVED here. This place is a total dive. Toilet didn't flush, bathroom sink won't drain because it's full of dirty water. But hey, if you like cockroaches then this is THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! They're everywhere. I saw Fred, Wilma, Sofia, Alfie, Georgette, Henry, and all their cousins brothers aunts and uncles all in the same room. Oh, dam!! Did I mention the Bedbugs? I can't remember all the bedbugs' names, however they are just another lovely amenity provided at no extra charge by this 1 star motel. I'd rather live outdoors than in this dump! The owners would have to PAY ME to stay there. I would include pics of the roaches, but that would just gross you out."
