"I am glad I chose Family Emergency Room in Georgetown. The location had plenty of parking, it was conveniently located, and it was very clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. There was no wait time. The nurse and doctor took ample time to explain my child’s symptoms and condition. We were not rushed out of there. By the time we left, my child felt better and I had peace of mind because nurse and doctor explained how to care for my son once we got home. Our bill was paid in full there so I will not have surprise bills several weeks from now. I would come back to this location again and I would recommend it to friends and family"

"I can’t imagine a better experience at a minor ER. Last Saturday I took a pretty hard fall, and I went to the Family Emergency Room in Georgetown for an x-ray of my elbow. Every single person there was so focused on caring for me - they were calm, comforting, compassionate and cheerful. The doctor took time to show me my fractured elbow on the x-ray. The care team made sure I understood what my next steps should be while they applied a splint. The front desk clearly explained my options for payment and insurance coverage. They all just made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. No one ever wants to be in a position to go to the ER, but if I ever have to, I won’t hesitate to choose Family Emergency Room in Georgetown!"

"I took my daughter here for what I thought was a broken index finger. When we walked in, it was clean and the receptionist was very inviting and friendly. Registration was easy on the iPad. We were seen so quickly that I was still completing my daughter’s registration info. As we walked back I noticed the place was still exceptionally tidy (loved that). Nurse came in, tech came in, doctor followed right behind them. I was taken back by how well and promptly they attended to her for a little broke finger. She went straight back for X-rays. Which confirmed, she did indeed break it. Discharge paperwork and what to do at home list was super simple and very reader friendly. No words I needed to Google :). I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I say we were in and out in 30 minutes or so. For sure under an hour."

"We came in this morning because we weren’t sure if our 2 year old had swallowed a battery or not. We were in and out in less than an hour. They got us in quick, took the x-rays, and let us know that he hadn’t swallowed a battery. Dr. Prudoff took great care of us, along with the nurse and x-Ray tech. Our son loved the Moana room and was even offered a popsicle. We highly recommend going here if you have an emergency or are sick for quick and high quality care!"
