"We have been here for 5 hours, with 10 nurses to each patient in ER, just to find out they lost a urine sample. Disgusting to say the least. Probably another 5 hours. Hope they don’t give you wrong medication, because of the wrong urine they used for others. The nurses’ station has all of them gossiping away, and doing anything but take care of patients. Nobody seems to be in charge in this veterinarian place. We also saw more than several patients go in front of us. Triage is what they call it. Whatever. They got their copay before they told you of the lost urine. Smart greedy move. Next time I go elsewhere. This losing stuff is what gets people killed. These people are not focused on what they are supposed to do. They need to be reported to health departments that oversee this chaos."
"Nurse was rude when I politely asked a question. She said they are full which was not true. We also saw people leave and come and there were beds available in between. she got the charge nurse. Charge nurse came up and asked if she could help me. I asked for a bed for my daughter who gets bad cramps and had gotten a charlie horse from laying in one of their hard recliner chairs... We'd been here 5 hours. Charge nurse lied and said that all the other rooms were for cardiac patients who need monitors.. I get it..if they are full. However people were coming and going. They could have at least rotated us to a bed at some point. As of right now, there are several empty beds. Also, a bed that was empty, they put a lady in their with the same symptoms as my daughter. It's very rude! Don't come here! I'd rather drive to Round Rock than to deal with these rude people who do not tell the truth, uncaring and cold."
"*****SKIP THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COST, GO TO BAYLOR SCOTT AND WHITE***** Came in because of my throat hurting, and now I’m having a hard time eating food or drinking water. Came in and took me to get my pressure, typical check in stuff. Then they did swabs of my nose and mouth. Some blind skinny lady walks in and tells me to follow her. I’m in triage express z2 room. When I tell you I was in that room for two hours, I mean I literally sat in there timing it. No call to see the doctor. Then I get a tablet with some medial insurer on it like a zoom meeting. Signing off and initialing on the screen. I’m confused no one is telling me anything, I. Can hardly speak. After awhile gentleman comes in, bigger guy with a nasty attitude. (If he doesn’t want to be at the hospital, then he needs to find a new career.) started telling me that I am discharged and has paper work for me. Now I’m really confused because nothing happened. I didn’t get seen, no questions. And I’m asking him, how since no one has come back here to talk to me for two hours. He started “yep, you’re being discharged.” I’m upset now, how is it someone can just run tests and not see you. This was a waste of a visit. I feel like they just want to take my money for nothing and I really hope I get in contact with a supervisor! Because I am pissed. ********UPDATE********* Skip going to St. Davids Hospital, with the lack of compassion, comunitcation and lack of help I received. I went to another hospital due to me not being able to breathe with out being in pain. Thank you Baylor Scott and White! Not only did I get fast service, great communication, but a doctor actually looked and asked questions. I had an infection, which was totally different from what St. David’s Hospital stated I had in their discharge. ALSO, they the medicine needed on site! St. David’s nurse, who was rude, stated that all the pharmacies were closed and would have to get medication the next day. DO NOT GO TO ST. DAVIDS, they DO NOT CARE. And will put your health in jeopardy!"
"Daughter was taken to ER..one glass of water in four hours. No iv...she's dehydrated, coughing, feverish. Nurse laughed at her when she asked for a tampon on top of all the symptoms no one ever helped her even though they said they were going to keep her. She left after many hours of neglect!! Never leave ask for a patient advocate because you have to start all over again. SHAME ON YOU!!"
"My experience was good. Staff was engaged and kept me informed every step of the way. Nurses and blood draw staff did a great job. One nurse in particular from Nepal on the night shift was really good... sorry I can't remember her name."
