"I found them on Facebook as a premium immigration law firm. We went in for a consultation signed a contract after a few weeks we heard back with steps. We figured this is normal, as we are not the only clients, but then weeks turned into months! only to find out that they required more money to file documents. We would have been ok with that if the coordination was there but to find out months later? THEN! We had court and was reassigned to a new lawyer without our consent or a heads up! On top of that they required a huge lumpsum in order to attend court. Of course we paid! We had no choice. On the day of court the lawyer assigned was late, rude, and did not know the case. How are you asking what the person needs? You're a professional assigned to a case! That makes no sense. On top of that, you're rude and uninterested? If there was no chance for this case YOUR team should have said something instead of wasting our time and yours. Instead you took more that 10k from us."
