"I had my case with them and I had to find another lawyer after paying an initial payment and making some monthly payments. I stopped making payments because years passed and there were no results. They lost papers all the time and asked me to resend them over and over again. They gave us wrong information which cost us 1 year of stopping the process. I don't recommend them at all."

"I called in to make an appointment with Raed G. end of January got an appointment until May 23rd unfortunately I was not able to attend the appointment. On May 23rd I was informed that I could talk to his assistant if I didn’t mind instead of waiting till September for an appointment with Raed G. I told them perfect and I was thankfully just to talk to someone who could possibly tell me if they can help me with my husband’s case or not. The lady took my email and said they would emailed the assistant with my case and said the assistant was going to be contacting me on May 24th by email or phone call but if she didn’t reach out to me they said for me to call back to the office. I waited all day today. Around 1:30pm I called in spoke to someone who said there is nothing in system only could see we missed our appointment. I explained everything that happen and he tells me I will send an email to the assistant letting her know it’s urgent and I am sure she will call you today. If not I will check and give you call later today. After not getting any call or email I decided to call back again. I get transferred to front desk supervisor. She is not trying to hear anything I say. And informes Lawyer Raed has no appointments till September. I was like I know that’s why I am trying to talk to his assistant. She is like no you can talk to another lawyer. Another Lawyer!!!! why didn’t you tell me I could talk to another lawyer in January instead of waiting 4 months for an appointment. I only waited for Mr. Raed because he helped my sister and brother in law. But no one ever mention that there were other lawyers I could have talked to. The supervisor was very rude she needs to get a refresher course in customer service. 4 months wasted so sad."
