"I hired the firm (Brian Messina) to represent me after a car accident involving a hit and run where the driver fled on foot leaving his car and insurance information behind. He was very helpful at the beginning then went quiet for 3 months. we could not get him to return our calls or answer to our insurance companies. I then found out in June (6 months after the accident) that he had dropped our case that month, apparently we had been sent a letter, but I had not received it, my question is why did he refuse to return our calls or anyone else's calls for the rest of the time?
