I just have one complaint, the legal assistants… we had one assistant in charge of our case originally but she went on maternity leave and the next assistant who took up our case “lost” our paperwork for several months and when we’d ask for an update we’d be told that it was probably fine and the case was just being processed but we didn’t know we were still missing several documents and that placed us back several months.. but other than that, Daniela was the lawyer who went with us to the interview and she did such an amazing job!!!!"
