"I was a the Timothy Hart law office to ask if they can take my case and represent it me in my final court the secretary at front desk said yes we can and I asked her 3 times is my final court and is only 2 weeks for the date and her answer was yes we can take the reason I asked 3 times was because they was charging me 100 dollars for a phone consultation with the lawyer and I was so clear that I am not paying 100 dollars for a phone call to say no we can't take your case and she told me that for sure the office will take At the end lawyer or someone called me just to say that they aren't taking the case because time was too short For me is a scam they charge it you 100 dollar for a phone call from who knows who because no one may confirm that was a lawyer o someone else just to say not bit we are taking your 100 dollars Worst office I have been really rude when I complaint and really disrespectful"

"My wife hired Timothy Hart to complete her I-90 application to renew her residency and two years later we are still waiting on a response. When we tried to speak to Mr. Hart his assistants Giselle and Joanna insist that we pay $80 to speak to him even though we’ve already paid for his services and just need clarification about the case.
