"We bought a lot of very expensive exotic granite, over $30k to be specific. We were not happy with several things. First they drove in our yard, because the granite was “heavy”. Leaving huge fits in our new yard that were “repaired”. My kids could have done a lot better job. They had to have the sink to make sure they got the hole cut perfectly. The hole is about 1/2” to small so our specialty sink with all the cutting boards and drying racks are useless. They cut around a BBQ pit, that there’s no possible way they put a square on it or even looked before they cut it. Its off by at least an inch and looks terrible. We have an entire slab on the outdoor fire table that now cracked on two side in a perfect straight line 6 MONTHS after install, but first time we turned fire on. They said it’s two fissures that happen to be almost centered, straight, and a 90 degree angle to each other. They will not replace it said they will glue it back together. Just what a customer that spent over $30,000 with them wants to hear. We’re about to start a new house and without a doubt will not be using them. Highly recommend any other company out there."

"Pietra’s was wonderful to deal with. They educated us on the different types of stone options for countertops. They answered all our questions and even helped us find a place to order our sink from because we were unable to find one that fit in the big box stores. The installation went very well and the workers were really pleasant. Cipe helped ensure that we didn’t lose the portions of the pattern within the granite that we really liked. We appreciated her attention to detail on that. I highly recommend this business! The attached photo is somewhat incomplete because we have not yet installed the backsplash but I wanted to share it because the countertop is so dang beautiful!"

"From the first step into the showroom we felt good. All the staff were wonderful. Cipe sat with us as we chose our Cambria Montgomery quartz. I had measurements and drawings with me so we were ahead of the curve. We had an order with a large company. After reading 50/50 split good/bad reviews and our less than comfortable first phone call we went looking and found Pietra Granite.All was smooth sailing. Material was ordered , a gentleman came out and took digital measurements. The two that installed made us feel comfortable and trusting of their work. I cannot recommend Pietra enough.
