"The last few years my uncle was a patient at Medical City Denton and I cannot be happier with their services. He went to this facility several times and during all of his stays received the best possible medical care. My family is very impressed with the level of professionalism and care with which he was treated. It is easy to access from the freeway and easy to navigate once inside. The offices are also easy to find as it is not a terribly big hospital. There is a restaurant, cafe area, cafeteria and lobby area for relatives. The rooms were clean and large and offered privacy. I wish we had known about Medical City's terrific services when my father was sick. Overall satisfied with the care my uncle received."

"When we first arrived to the ER, we didn't know what was wrong with my daughter, we thought it was just a severe stomach bug. But while waiting, she lost feeling in her arms and legs and began vomiting bile, the staff was quick to rush her inside and cared for her immediately and intensively. I am beyond grateful to all of their careful tests and practices, because we managed to catch appendicitis in its early stages. We were booked in at 4am and after all the testing, they were able to have the surgery done at 1pm. The nurses, assistants, and doctors and surgeons were beyond kind and always had an upbeat persona. Amazing service and I thank all of the hardworking staff at the medical city hospital!"

"Absolutely the BEST care from everyone there! I was on the medical floor department I think ? But my nurses , Henrietta, Abagail, and Regina, were the best! Dr. Bruce Hermann was my plastic surgeon. I cannot rave enough about this man. Absolutely the best. Loved him and the whole team. They took such great care of me. Thank you guys so much. There was a night nurse or two who I can’t remember their names? But were fantastic as well. God bless you all and thank you. Also, I don’t want to leave out the food servers, they were fantastic and the food was delicious. The guy who worked in cleaning my room ,Jacob? I think, did a fantastic job as well. They ALL do such a great job!"
