"Water pump or fountain for dogs would be nice. The local dogs/people make up for that. Always a good time for my dog"
"My dogs love going to this park now. My senior dog didn't like it all in 2017 when it seemed there wasn't much grass and seemed to be a lot of feces. So we never went. Last year I rescued a high energy 1 year old so I had to try it out again. It's well maintained now and grassy. This year they've even gotten grass to grow somehow along the fence lines where the dogs run. There's definitely not feces everywhere and there are always bags now if you forget your own. The only thing I'd say is missing is a water fountain like Wellington in Lexington has but it's not a huge deal to bring my own water."
"Two plain gated areas, one small one large. Real quality may depend on who is there with what dogs at what time, but it serves it’s purpose, large fenced in area, with “airlock” gates, so dogs can safely be let off leash to run around with other dogs Just be sure to bring your own water"
"No trees or shade or anything interesting for dogs to explore. Gazebo is nice, but all other seating/tabletops are old, decrepit and falling apart. No water source either, which is kind of an expectation at a dog park..."
"It needs to be more regulated. I'm tired of people telling me I can't enter the park because their dog is aggressive. Isnt there some rule something to prevent this? Who enforces this?"
