"To start off my experience at this hospital was very good until certain events. I came here for labor and delivery. My original hospital was the one in Irving but I couldn’t make it that far so they advice me to come there. I arrived and everyone was very nice talking me through contractions as well as giving me the understanding I needed for labor. I was in labor for 22 hours and my doctor was amazing her name was Megan and she was so gentle and sweet and walked me through the entire thing. It was great until I was transferred to my room after giving birth. Mind you I was in labor for 22 hours! My mother had bought me food right after birth about 50$ worth of food for myself and husband to eat. They through our entire bag away while we were being transferred to our room where we would stay the next few days. We were never asked if we need more food, never asked if I could get anything else being that I hadn’t been able to eat for almost a day and having a baby. There was only one lady who talked to us and she said there was nothing they could do. Very clean hospital but my after mommy experience was awful!!!"
"I’m not sure why the rating average is so low. I had an excellent experience at this hospital. My room was very nice. Every single person I interacted with was compassionate and kind. Aside from waiting on discharge, everything happened with expediency, but also caution. Very impressed. Thank you to all at BSW All Saints!!"
"This hospital used to be great 15 years ago. The treatment they gave me was so poor it literally could have cost me my life. They let me sit all night in the waiting room while they ran heart labs and waited for X-rays. My blood pressure was 205/ 110. They eventual gave me one pill to get it down or so they could release me. They told me to go to primary for blood pressure knowing no doctor will see me when it’s that high. I went to another hospital after trying to find a doctor to see me the next day. Y'all it was like night a day. I never once sat in the waiting area. I was on heart monitor and being check on regularly. I was given the medicine Baylor says they can't prescribe. The other hospital also let me know I didn’t need that MRI for an injury to my foot and what exactly was wrong with my foot. OH and get this. I was told my how much my visits would cost ( some type of predictive billing, I won’t even rant about that bull at both hospitals. Baylor wants 3800.00 for no help. The other was 1100.00 and no it’s not because of my deductible. So not only do they send you home knowing you’re in danger they rob you blind on top of it. I highly recommend going to the neighboring hospital on Pennsylvania."
"I would like to start my review by saying that the nurses and doctors in the ER department were great and helpful. Especially Cooper Hale. They were all kind and helped with every question or anything we needed. My dad was admitted through emergency and moved upstairs to their observation floor. The 7th floor. And the care here has been questionable. People are not effectively communicating with me, I am my dad's medical power of attorney. My dad had a dirty dressing on his IV in his hand for two days before it was changed. They have said they are going to give him a shower or a bed bath but haven't done it. The facility itself isn't clean. The floor in my dad's room is sticky and they don't empty his bedside toilet often enough. I am very disappointed at this level of care. I recommend going somewhere else if your loved one is going to need an extended stay."
