"If I could give 0 stars I would! This is insane! I have called to schedule an appointment with OBGYN when I was 6 weeks pregnant(in February 8) to have appointment on March 18! I got a call saying they have to cancel my appointment and they will give me a call back soon! Exactly month later and still nobody called! So I called Grapevine location to schedule an appointment on Monday (3/4/24), 48 hours later still no call, so I called them and comes to realisation that they send my request to a different hospital location! Now I had to wait another 24/48h! 30 minutes ago received a call saying that they can’t schedule me with OBGYN because my insurance is not covering me! Which is MY INSURANCE DOES COVER ME AND I HAVE A PROOF! In this weeks of wait I have been to ER twice already! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!"
"Excellent, compassionate care from the time I entered the Emergency Room to being Admitted to the 3rd floor of Tower 3 for a couple of days, every single doctor, nurse, lab tech, student, housekeeper, or staff person I encountered was very kind and caring. I was well taken care of and I’m thankful for every one of you. And a special shout out to Donna at the front desk for getting me a drink from the Cafeteria! You made my day!!"
"Awful bedside manner. The doctor was shrugging off my concerns. They made me do a urine sample but never tested it. The sample stayed on the counter the entire time I was there. Doctor was Jonathan Holt - this man had horrible bedside manner. Told me to change out of my gown and into my clothes but left the door wide open with no privacy. Awful awful! Did not spend more than 2 minutes with me and did not discuss my concern or how to treat my concern."
"I want to start this review by stating all the good things that happened the week my son was born before delving into why I am giving 2 stars. I went into labor on Monday 1/29. Dr Havermen (my apologies if I spelled this wrong) was very validating and admitted me. My nurses were truly amazing. Kristina and Angie are gems and deserve all the good that comes in this world. Angie in particular was so soothing to have as a labor nurse and I’m so grateful she was there during my most vulnerable time. My OB Dr New took such amazing care of me my entire pregnancy and was amazing during the delivery. Truly blessed that he was my doctor. Now onto why I gave 2 stars. 4 days after my son’s birth he was showing signs of jaundice. He had not been eating and no bowl movements since we left the hospital. I brought him back to the hospital and without knowing where to go I went back to L&D. They looked at me confused as I explained my son needed to be seen and he was delivered at this hospital 4 days prior. They walked me to the ER. I was upset about how we were treated, almost like I didn’t have him there days before. We finally get into a room in the just ER (where a newborn does not belong). Without a dr speaking to us nurses comes in and start talking about drawing blood. After they draw the blood I ask for formula. 2.5 hours later and no formula was given to us and no doctor had seen us after the initial introduction which took 1 hours of us waiting in the room and his blood being taken. At this point I’m so upset, I ask about the formula and finally get it 3 hours after asking. I tell the nurse we need an update and the doctor finally comes in accusing me of wanting attention and wanting to be discharged so badly. This doctor’s name was Maynard I believe. I began to cry because I felt something was wrong with my son. He was not eating. He was lethargic. This doctor was condescending and incredibly rude. My baby was not eating and was yellow. They tried to push me to be transferred to Cook children but I requested a nicu doctor to look at him. They told me no Nicu doctor would see him. Then they told me he couldn’t be transferred until 8pm. It was only 5pm. Again my son was born there 4 days prior and was a 36 weeker. The way we were treated was appalling."
"The nursing staff is incredible. Thank you so much for handling my father with such ease. One particular nurse named Theresa, in Tower 3 Floor 6 is a saint. She calmed me and my father down many times and was extremely accommodating. I could not be more thankful."
