If their knowledge is limited, they get on the phone with another associate or manager or take me to someone who can help better. The mobile app is very helpful because it also allows you to type in a product you're looking for in the store, and tells you exactly which aisle to go to and which bay. No more walking around aimlessly or looking for the closest associate. It also has a barcode scanner to scan any product in the store to tell you the price and everything about it, with reviews as well. I love shopping here."
