"Several things. The half owner woman was extremely rude. I paid over the phone and was overcharged 80 dollars. Mistakes happen. I called to get it corrected. She was rude, told me I owed 50 bucks then a few sentences later told me I owed 100 bucks. We went through the reciept I had in hand line by line and she wasn't having it. I wanted to take my hide with me so they charged me a cape fee. It wasn't caped. Yiu have to skin it to process it anyway. Then upon pickup of the head, she said I owed 50 bucks again. This was my first and last time taking a deer to a processor. It cost me over 500 dollars. I'll continue to do it myself. Both of the girls on the phone were kind and polite as well as the young lady who took care of me when I dropped it off. I can't say enough good things about them. The rude one was the owner, not the man, the woman."

"Small place but very clean. The people in the store/office were very friendly and helpful. Great place to have a deer processed. The guys outside were just as friendly and helpful. They got the deer out of the truck for us and even let us cut the tail off. Gave us back the horns as well. Nice place, cool people. They work very hard."
