"I’ve been ordering from OUC for several years and I’m really happy with the experience. They have excellent customer service. I’ve asked for some special requests (e.g., low waste packaging, specific designs) and they were really accommodating. I think they also have a very high attention to product quality. I order from a lot of sticker/planner companies and there are always miscuts and smudges that sneak through. It’s not a huge deal. But I’ve never had either issue with UOC’s products. When I’ve had questions about sizing or paper, I’ve received a helpful response almost immediately. And it’s a personal taste, but I think they have much better designs than many other sticker/card companies. I try to be balanced in reviews and it’s hard to think of anything negative about this company. They’re great!"

"Orange Umbrella offers some nice design work. Good attention to detail and refined ideas about product appearance. Unfortunately, the owner is dismissive of customer concerns and legitimate design issues that arise after delivery. If your order goes well you might be happy. Should an unexpected glitch occur, here is wishing you best of luck in overcoming the complex and argumentative attitude the owner brings. Especially for the higher price, our job did not meet expectations, had a design flaw that ruined the investment, and the owner showed defensive efforts in repeated emails trying to protect company interests. Additionally, the owner continues to twist the truth of the circumstance attempting to form accusations of wrong doing on your part though we were innocently seeking to resolve the error by their team. Classy design firms don't ask for printed materials back where they messed up your name and other personal info; it is an industry courtesy thing. Orange Umbrella has such paranoia that they won't solve an issue because of the confused assumption that you are trying to scam them for free product. We have shipped the unusable materials back at our expense and without refund to most beautifully seal closed the interaction the owner so negatively impacted. God bless their ethical tangle to resolve in peace."
