"I hate giving bad reviews but in this case I have to. I ordered a hydroponic growing kit on March 17, 2023. to this date I have not received the kit. UPS came by while I was not at home so UPS left not that they would deliver the following day. Ok, now UPS has lost the package.... Its not the fault of Dealzer, my issue is that Dealzer is now now we are in it for 3 weeks, now Dealzer is telling me that to do a refund They have to charge me a 20 % RESTOCKING FEE!!!! a restocking fee on an item that I never received. I am contacting SEZZLE , BBB, and UPS about this company. BE VERY LEERY THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"I called on January 20th to express my disappointment with the quality of my purchase. There are several issues ranging from a warped door that prevents a seal, broken latches with missing screws, wood splitting where the missing screws were, loose and stripped screws on the door joint and to top it all off there is no air pump installed. I was told the only thing that could be done is have another shell sent to me and I would need to install all the parts from the broken box into the new box, meaning I'd have to do the job I paid the company. This is completely unacceptable and I demand a refund!"

I placed an order online and it was said to be in stock and guess what weeks went by no nothing and then I emails them to ask where my package is and they said oh sorry we dropped the ball and we don’t even carry that size in that product anymore which was mammoth p 500ml then he says oh for over double the price of the original 500ml I can get you 2 250ml so long story short of over a month of waiting for my order they didn’t even know they hadn’t shipped it or that they were out of it... if I hadn’t of co texted them I’d still be waiting ... very unprofessional experience all the way around and not even once tried to make it right just wanted to issue a refund and send me On my way! I’ll never be back and I’ll def be telling all my industry friends and growers to stay away !!!"
