"If there was ZERO stars available I would give a ZERO stars review, attorney Nathan called me today after months of me trying to contact him, my husband had to drive to the Dallas office for a simple question. All they did was sent my initial paperwork to become a resident through my US Citizen husband. Spend several thousand dollars with them, after almost 3 years of waiting I finally get my immigration interview in Mexico, I have everything "ready" based on my knowledge then as I sit down and google documents I need to have ready before I take off to Mexico, I find out I am needing a waiver. I hired an attorney to guide me through the process because I don't know what is next after the first documents sent to USCIS. While on the phone with him I asked why they did not tell me what is next, he then says "you decided to do everything on your own" I want an explanation as to why this is presumed. Call after call, email after email, they DO NOT answer or call back. What would have happen if I would've gone to Mexico? all he had to say is "I will have to disconnect the call", after they got my money and all they can say is that they will disconnect the call, my vocabulary, my customer service and my timely response is 10 times better than these "Attorneys" DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. I had to do everything on my own because when I tried contacting them about my I-130 being approved they NEVER called back and THANK GOODNESS I found out 1 Day before heading to Mexico. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Just take a look at all the 1 star reviews these attorneys have! They will not let me lie."

"Andrew and his team are honest and great at what they do. They helped me obtain my permanent residency. Although I will say that they are terrible at communicating with their clients. The paralegal that I was assigned to was the worst at communicating with me. I had to go to the office to communicate with her and even though I was pregnant she still did not care.
