"The entire trail is wonderful. Very well maintained and easy to walk. It is completely free to come here and walk the trails. Large parking lot and information signs. Pit toilets near the parking and at the trailhead and benches along the trail. Huge drop offs .. this is not the place for small kids who run away from parents .. I'm normally against those kids leashes but in this case ... if your child won't stay by your side .. leash them or do a different trail. I only mention this because I watched in horror as a little girl about 3 or 4 walked to the edge of a rock while the adult with her picked up their dogs poop. Images I won't get out of my head for way to long."

"20230905 This park is beautiful, and the rock formation is amazing. It's dogfriendly, but don't let your dog climbing the rocks unsupervised and off leash. There have been several incidents where a child and adult fell off and died. The trail is paved woth slate rocks, with some broken, missing, uneven, etc... be careful if you gave stability concerns. The trail is about 3/4 miles. I got on the Trail and went right from the wide steps and ended at the restroom... well, the restroom smells so bad because the toilet is ine big hole! Plenty of toilet papers but no running water. Bring hand sanitizer and hold it and go to a real bathroom."
