"Majorly in disrepair. One of the fences doesn't work. Paths are overgrown. Trees have fallen and crushed fence, a moderatly agile dog could get out. Rusted sharp metal. Poison ivy. Poop bag stations busted. It's in rough shape."
"It has a large area for dogs to run and roam. A few benches, and a water fountain for humans and dogs. It's a little run down, but that's the state of many of our public parks. But, it is the only one on this side of town, so we are grateful for it. ( By the way, it is not " members only" ."
