"They NEVER ever deliver when they are supposed to and give excuses as to why they are late. Please do not use this florist. They have very poor customer service. There are other shops locally that are far superior to them. They definitely know how to ruin a surprise. The lady named Kelly that answered the phone is beyond rude, but she can definitely make excuses. Please please don’t waste your money here!!!!"
