"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered >250$ of flowers on 10/23 to be delivered on 10/27 for my proposal. I received an email order confirmation and no other forms of communication. 10/27 comes by and no flowers were delivered. I called the store on 10/28. They said they called and emailed me on 10/23, but I received no calls/ emails from them based on my call log and email records…"

"My wife was in Lexington on our 42nd anniversary helping her mother. I went online and ordered flowers to have them delivered. I wanted to surprise her so I didn’t tell her they were coming. When they were delivered they were not home. I received a call that they couldn’t get in contact with my wife. They left them in a safe place and contacted me. I called my wife and they went home and got the flowers. The flowers were exactly as advertised. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend flowers from Oram’s."

"Giving 3 stars because I ordered flowers last Valentine’s Day and they were great. This year I was disappointed. I understand it’s the busiest day of the year, but that’s why we pay so much money for such a simple product. Paying $82 for flowers, I would expect at least close to what is pictured on their site. The flowers my wife received were not even close. Probably won’t use Oram’s again. Emailed them and have had no response as of yet."
