"Loved this little get-away! It was very peaceful. It wasn't the best for fishing (unfortunately), as the water level was too low when we went, but my son and I had loads of fun exploring the creek and what nature had to offer. The trail down is quite steep, so be prepared when you have to go back up!"

"5 stars for what it offers, for it's size. It does give access to the Elkhorn Creek. We caught some nice channel cats and small mouths. Heard woodpeckers and owls. Saw deer tracks and lots of evidence of smaller game. We did not go into the brushy areas so can't say about rabbits. If you want a day exploring, not far from Frankfort, this place offers it."
