"I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral, and then was completely ghosted - even though they took my money. I left 6 voice-mails within a 3 day time period; they NEVER answered, nor returned my calls. I went by 2ce during business hours & they were always closed. The funeral home said they were the worst to do business with because if orders were even delivered a lot of times it would be after the service. I tried to work with a local company but I will never use them again."

"Ordered flowers on Monday to be delivered on Friday to my mother for Mothers Day. No flowers ever arrived. Tried to call multiple times to only listen to a recording about ‘the busy holiday season’. Left messages. No answer, no returned phone calls."

"I ordered a floral arrangement. It said as long as I ordered before 2 PM. It could be delivered the same day. I ordered at 1 pm and it was canceled at 3 by the client. I never canceled but I got an email that says my order was canceled. I called several times and I left a message one time and never a reutrned call. Awful experience I would never recommend them again to anyone! By the way I live out of state and I ordered it for a friend that lives in shepherdsville kentucky"

"Called and ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. Order was confirmed and would be delivered by 2PM. After 1PM they call and say they can’t fulfill my order even though the woman taking the order said it was good to go, confirming the case and flowers she had on hand in detail and took my card number. Was too late to place an order with a different florist. Thanks for ruining her birthday. Never again. Do not use these people."

"I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday to be delivered to the school where she works. I live out of state and am not familiar with florists in the area. I received outstanding customer service. I was called the day of delivery to verify my daughter would be at the school and if not, the flowers would be delivered to her home 30 minutes away. The flowers arrived at the school on time, are beautiful and smell amazing. Thank you for your great customer service and attention to detail."
