"NEVER AGAIN! I had the honor of ordering flowers for a friend for his marriage proposal. The arrangement came nothing close to what was ordered and an upgrade was paid for as well. I was totally embarrassed. The manager seem unbothered by my phone call and asked "well what do you want me to do." My response it's too late to make it right with another arrangement, a refund would be nice. He promised to discount 50% and rushed off the phone as he was on his way to a wedding.
