"Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 types of lily bulbs and was charged for both. When shipment came, one type was backordered to be shipped in spring. Come spring they sent email saying the backorder was cancelled - KEPT $$ FOR 7 months BEFORE RETURNING!!!"

"Brecks Nursery and Their other Site Are Scammers!!!!! They are stilling to all of us! PLEASE!!!! Pay attention to the reviews on Brecks Nursery, Bulbs Michigan, and the other site are belong to Brecks Nursery as well, yes they have a Gorgeous Varieties of glorious flowers, but that’s how they got us,,, now we been sucked by this people. I had very bad experience with them, I placed my order 81574 JUMBO CHICAGO PEACE HYBRID TEA ROSE, after almost two months and they charged my card, I received Email letting me know my order has been canceled. I am extremely disappointed by this creatures, I called looking for answers, and for my surprise a foreign people from India answering, just to tell me he didn’t anything, he cannot tell me much,,,, Fu€$@scammers!!!! I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRASH!!!!! TO ANYBODY! It’s not worth the stress with Brecks Nursery!!!!!!"

"This is for Brecks bulbs online from Holland though the US. I ordered $270 of assorted plants for my garden. They took forever to get here. Half were dried up, but I followed the directions and put them in water for a half hour before planting. About half aren't growing. I complained and they gave me a replacement certificate but they are out of stock. I just tried to just use up the credit, but they have it fixed so you pay ridiculous shipping costs (so they get more money out of you) on tiny weightless plants. Total bogus. When we moved into our house 20 years ago I used this company and was very satisfied. Much has changed. Very disappointing."

"Listen to the reviews and do not order from this site. We placed a $350+ order and have not received any plants or support from Brecks. They sent us a FedEx tracking number 2 months ago but it has never updated and does not even show that a package ever shipped. I reached out to their customer service line and like others, my call was handled by a woman who could have cared less about my problems. She basically told me they’re not responsible for missing shipments and that’s customs problem. Disputing the issue with my credit card company but save yourself the hassle and order literally anywhere else."
