"This place has a great selection of food, with the spicy orange chicken being the most notable for me. I order online and drive there about 10-15 minutes every time, and the food is ready literally right when I’m walking in. My only complaints are the prices and the complimentary teriyaki sauce cup quantities (seems like a waste of plastic for there to be only that much sauce). However, it’s way closer in distance than Panda Express, and the cons are not enough for me to stop being a regular here."
"Just got done picking up a couple of orders from here. My wife ordered the Jr size teriyaki steak with fried rice bowl. She asked for sauce on the side. They said that it was marinated in the sauce and couldn't do it on the side. Wife said that's fine, just please don't put any extra on. They very very clearly added more after the steak and rice were in the bowl. I like sauce so that worked out for me. She only ate a little bit and pushed the rest at me. She said that one of the pieces of meat was really grisly. I also found a very grisly piece when I was eating it. I ordered the orange chicken with noodles and the extra spicy add on. They did get the order correct. The spice level was pretty good. We all know that restaurants rarely get you something really spicy and that's fine. Flavor was also pretty good on this dish. We also ordered the 6 crab rangoons. Flavor of these was also pretty good. The thimble of sauce they gave for 6 rangoons was...comical. But, as I said before, I like sauce. We ordered. The girl at the register said it would be 15-20 minutes. The kitchen and staff were clearly not a cohesive unit yet. We watched, what I assume to be the manager, spend a significant amount of time showing the girl at the front how to properly fill the dipping sauce containers to the EXACT proper level. It was honestly kind of weird. After 30 minutes had gone by my, wife asked about our order. The girl at the front inquired about it to the people in the back. I'm almost certain they gave our rangoons to another customer that was upset that she didn't have hers yet and that was the only thing she had ordered. No big deal, they must have those things frying by the pound in the back. It didn't take too much longer, and the girl at the front handed the food to my wife. Did not say one word. No "thank you." No "Happy holidays." Nothing. She wasn't even looking at my wife. Just stuck her arm out with a bag of food having from it. We did a quick check of the order. Two entrees and a bag of rangoons. I could tell, just by looking at them, that both orders were the Jr size. At that point, I didn't care. As long as I had some food, I didn't want to spend one more minute there. Had we been sitting in to eat, I'd have brought this up, but tonight, I didn't have another 30+ minutes to wait there. All-in-all, I don't think the place is "bad." The flavor of the food was pretty good. The staff clearly needs a little more time to get into a groove with each other. The service was very mediocre to cold. I feel like the price (I paid $31.90 for what I got tonight, and I'll attach pictures) was too much. I think they need more time to find their groove, but I won't be back for quite a while. Too many other really good options really close to this."
"Well I have been dining out most of my adult life. I am always on the go. I tried this restaurant today for the first time. This will be my only trip back to this quant location. I have had Orange chicken before. Never this BAD.. The egg rolls were louisy also. The wait staff did not know the menu, about 30 wait on food. The fried rice was soggy. I can go on about this place but rather not. I won't be a returning customer I would give them no stars if I could .."
"We ordered pick up tonight. It took a little longer, but it is their first Friday open so we expected it to be crazy. My husband said the service was great when he picked up the food. The food was all hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. Zero disappointment. We will definitely be back!"
