"Do not use this service! Will take your money and not file your taxes! They have no clue what they are doing. Had to resign paperwork multiple times for the same tax year, only to not have my returns even filed. They just tell you the filed them and do nothing about it. So what did I pay them for? Total scam do not trust Pepper or Shannon’s ability to even run their business. They are a joke and will most likely have to take them to court to get them to do what is right. If I could leave zero star I would."

"I've been coming to Stuart tax service for many years & Pepper is very personable n she takes her time. You never feel like your being rushed or hurried. Good ole customer service. Plus her fee is very affordable. Don't find this type of establishment much anymore. Place is plain nothing elaborate which saves on the pocket of her clients. My paperwork is simple not complex so I'm not sure if you own your business or have heavy duty paperwork if it's any different but for me it's works. The best part when you leave you know immediately if you'll get a return or have to pay. Don't need to make a extra trip. Only reason she didn't get a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ is one time I couldn't get ahold of her. I called n called n needed to get ahold of her due to a typo which delayed my return. However, it was due to a family emergency. I would n have recommended her. Bottom line I would not go anywhere else."
