I have been patiently waiting for 4 months to get my taxes completed with this company, I know the Covid situation has everyone running behind so I gave plenty of time before even inquiring about the progress. After calling a few times and received no call back and no update, I made an attempt to speak directly with Mrs Flynn today and was successful. Predictably her reason was "we weren't allowed to have people in the office" which I completely understand but I challenged this by asking why couldn’t you at least call me back… the rest of the world found ways to communicate with their clients to keep their business running (mine included) She said "you know what, why don't you just come and get your stuff, it will be in an envelope when you get here!” I gladly accepted her offer."

Carol and her staff have taken great care of us, straighten out a $70k tax bill down to less than 20k, and have helped us through a 3 million dollar lawsuit. "This firm has failed to complete my 2013 tax return to date. It is currently August, and counting. Each time I call I am screened by a receptionist. I ask to speak to Carol, am put on a hold, and then told she is in the office but unavailable. When I ask the receptionist about my return, the last 4 times (since April mind you), I have gotten the response that "it may be ready by the end of next week." They demonstrate a lack of general professionalism when it comes to simply returning a phone call to a repeat customer. I absolutely do not recommend this firm if you value your time, money, and how you are treated by whom you hire for services."
