"Hey guys, I’m sure you’re a great Tax Company but unfortunately, the lady you have at the front desk answering phones is not very nice. I had called inquiring about a tax documentation that was prepared for my stepdaughter my stepdaughter was right next to me, and confirmed that she was the one needing the documentation for tax preparation.. The tax document was prepared for the company that she worked with the company that she worked with told us to contact you all to get a copy of that documentation I called and spoke with the lady and she stated she would see if they could email that over to us. I called back for an update, she proceeded to say that she left a message to see if we could send that over. I asked her when I should call back from that point she proceeded to get a bit fussy. And stated we need to contact the company not them. I told her that the company directed us to them. She stated she can’t release my stepdaughter’s tax information. Then she got very loud over the phone and very hateful. Unfortunately, I had a group of people around me at that time and she was on speakerphone it left a very bad taste in all of our mouths very disappointing. Coming from a locally owned company here in Sellersburg where we live it’s unfortunate. After reading the other reviews, it looks like this is a common problem. We currently own a business, and I’m just thankful that our tax professionals are more professional than this."

"They messed up my social on my w2 and took days to fix it and when they did fix it it was just a blank w2 with my corrected social. I told then that I thought I needed the filled out one so they printed off a piece of paper with the amount I made and what was withheld and told me that was all they needed. It was not, the department of revenue told me they need the filled out w2 and now I have to go back and have them do it again. They are the most unhelpful and lazy accountants I've met."
