"I went to Alexander CPA in hopes of finding a new cpa since my usual cpa retired. I was told to file my taxes it'd be no more $150 considering I had already did most of the leg work but I was charged $190.00 then the office lady calls a week after they were supposed to be efiled only to find out the irs was rejecting my taxes due the cpa office putting down the wrong ss # for my daughter. After yet another week in a half I pulled up the status of my refund only to be notified that my taxes were mailed not efiled. The people at this particular cpa office are extremely kind but for an overall rating I'd give them 1 star as I've been repeatedly disappointed since I begin working with them."
