"Was pretty much harassed and kicked out of the room so room service could come in the room and clean. They constantly knocked then called to tell us we had to get out for them to clean. We were on vacation and I typically work night shift at my job so I do not get up early. This was very rude. We did not have a do not disturb sign for the door. There was also no hot water for the showers. Very cold showers."

"Place is horrible. Cancelled our room before arrival. The ladies at the desk where rude, not helpful, and found humor in our misfortune. They asked me if l my last name was really my last name while holding my ID. Don't accept cash or MasterCard/Visa gift card. Room was cancelled because they tried calling to confirm after it was already booked 2 months ago. Parking was ridiculous, security was a joke. Deposit was required when not mentioned beforehand. No manager on site to speak too. DO NOT STAY HERE! It's a 1-star for a reason!! After reading Motel 6 policy we where clearly done wrong. I am a travel advisor and will make sure this post is shared across every booking platform on the Internet. I had a 5 year old child with me who had to use restroom but they said it was unavailable to use and ignored me after they said good luck finding something else.....Very very poor experience after staying all over the country I've never been treated like this. Unacceptable"

"During the process of registration all the members in our party were required to provide an ID which in my 56 years of life has never been required. Usually just the responsible party is required to show and ID and credit card. The one member in our party who forgot their ID was not allowed in the premises so we had to leave and forfeit the first night of stay for two rooms which had already been charged. There was no manager to talk to in the premises. This ranks very high in my negative overall life experiences. Being mistreated and humiliated like this. They also wanted a $50.00 deposit per room. I and everyone in my group will make sure everyone knows what happened here. I called the corporate office in the morning and they were absolutely no help."

"This location has 2 different types of rooms. We stayed in the regular Motel 6 room, not a studio. Great stay for the price. Hotel smells nice, everything is clean. I saw workers actively cleaning all surfaces in lobby. Room was small but all we needed was a place to sleep. Bathroom had a walk-in shower, no tub, which made it easy to get in and out. Shower pressure good. Nice hot water. The A/C blew very cold. Best I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. We could actually crank it way down. Now- for this great price you don’t get anything extra- no coffee maker, no mini-fridge, no iron, no hair dryer, etc. I rated just 4 stars because the drapes let in a ton of light, it was way too bright in the room overnight. Also- the majority of the parking is down a slope a little away. Not a huge deal for us, but if you are of limited mobility, that might be difficult. We will stay here when back in Austin."
