"I asked for accommodations for my rooms seeing as I’m from out of state and would prefer to see my vehicle. The woman at the front desk was rude and was not accommodating. Anyone who works in customer service should have a friendly attitude and not walk around with entitlement. Highly would not recommend this place. There is no parking they try to bunch everyone in one side of the building where there is no parking and claims that they are not responsible for our vehicles if they are broken into but except paying customers to park far away from their rooms where their car is not even in sight. I honestly believe this needs to be investigated by the health department anyone else who is of power."

"It was a passable place to stay overnight, and that was it. I would not recommend this place if you do not close your eyes for a quick break from your drive. The tub would accumulate water during the shower, draining super slowly. The area could be more sketchy, too."

"Stayed here since I was traveling through the area, quick stop to lay my head. Staff up front were absolutely great! A big thank you to Jeanice the front desk clerk I am new to Austin wanted to know what type of good places are there to eat close by and what attractions are around the area that might be nice….her and the manager Diamond had a list full of things nearby to do so thank you to that! The room was clean and neat area wasn’t so bad. Definitely will be staying here again next time by the area"

"Horrible place! Anyone’s worst nightmare! We came into town for an event and was confidence we had a place to lay our heads at 2am because we already booked ahead. We got checked in and found the bed In our room with no bed sheets! Trash littered on the floor and bathroom obviously not cleaned after the last guest checked out. Our complaint was not entertained by the manager who was quick to suggest a refund to us rather than find a way to cover up for their inadequacy! She was quite rude as well and the young man and lady at the front desk. They should not be into the hospitality business!"
