"Dirty Roaches. No trash can. Sink dirty. Curtains dirty and falling apart. Carpets filthy. Room stinks elevator stinks. Hallways stink. The manager replies to bad reviews are meaningless. I couldn't sleep at all the whole night from worrying about the roaches crawling around. I want a REFUND!! I asked for another room but the clerk said they were full booked."

"This is a hell hole. The lobby stinks and the from desk clerk Ashley encourages creepy individuals in the tiny lobby area. The elevator is dirty and the carpet in the hallways smell horrendous. The rooms have roaches and they do not vacuum or thoroughly clean the units the appliances are old and dirty. Don’t waste your money there. If you extend they do not clean the rooms for two weeks. Is that sanitary. With a new r reservation they refuse the clean the room even when one does not extend a prior reservation."

"This place has its negatives, yet in the final analysis it is a 5 star place. You see trash in the hallways, stairwell, and elevator for over 24 hours. The staff is not always at the front desk. The weightroom has no weights. Some of the door locks did not work There was this man who slept in hallway. Was he a homeless man who snuck in or did his wife proverbially kick him out of the bed is a mystery. Free breakfast. Hot coffee = yay! They served several different Vegan breakfast items over the days. Grits is one. I haven't had grits for awhile. They also offered granola bars and oatmeal. The residents are more friendly and approachable than average hotel patrons. I've been to hotels that did not have consistently hot water, yet this place did. Also the heaters provided very hot heat, which was needed in these days of super cold weather. Bed was comfortable; too much so as it sucked me into sleeping. This place has it's flaws, yet it is way better than the alternatives during this cold spell"

"Normally I don’t review a place I’m still staying in, but this place isn’t great, and I felt the need to share. When checking in at 6pm there was no one at the desk, there was a phone with a number on it, and when you called the number it literally just rang the desk in front of you. The room is in major disrepair. The refrigerator can only stay closed if you adhere the little piece of duct tape sticking to the side. It has a leak inside somewhere. There are lights without bulbs and furniture that looks damaged. This morning there was a cockroach in my shower, the shower by the way leaks out of the bottom of the tub. There’s no trash can in the room, so bring a bag."
