"Assisting a friend who'd lost his ID card, I decided to get a room here. They initially gave me a room that was already occupied by the guest I managed to terrify coming through the door - luckily the current occupant was forgiving of this clear misunderstanding. To be clear, this was my assigned room and the door opened with my assigned key the front desk programmed for that door and who told me it was my room. They did assign / give key to another room which was vacant as it should be."
