"The night attendant was so sorry to our baseball team kids he turned off the lights while our kids were eating dinner. We had just got back from a late game.that’s was tonight 2/18/2024 Friday night he was very rude acted like he had no common sense. Did not want to help us. Our rooms were dirty they have a smell there was about six or seven different rooms he stated that we should have picked a better hotel because this hotel is trash is what he proceeded to tell us. I did not get the room that I booked. I got a king room and I booked for 2queen beds with a couch it was an inconvenience because my son didn’t have anywhere to sleep! This was the worst experience in my entire life"

"So first off, I did book through a third party (Expedia), I was traveling with a pet, and was shocked there is a $150 pet fee, not a deposit, just an extra $150 charge for having a pet. The room was fairly clean, but the garbage was not emptied, I think an oversight or mistake, but it did have rotten banana peels. It was easy to take the bag out and toss it in the garbage by the elevator. The one big issue is the location, being right off the interstate, it is VERY noisy, if you are a light sleeper, do not expect to get any sleep."

"Tired, old hotel located aside I-35. Our room had many worn features such as desk chair which was actually broken and nearly sent me flying back and over! Carpeting throughout was poor. SInk was so stopped up it barely drained. 3 Hangers in the closet.Two shower towels, not a biggie, desk gave us another along with a bathmat that housekeeping neglected to resupply with an every 3rd day freshen up. Poorly applied silicon caulk in the shower repair was bush league. We were visiting relatives in the area and were rarely there, thankfully. The front desk employees were mostly receptive and pleasant except for the night associate who could learn to smile, if at all possible for her. The breakfast folk were pleasant which made up for the lack of choices. Very spartan choices at that but the area was clean I'll say that."

"I'm giving this review 4 stars mainly because I think the hotel needs some maintenance updates- fresh coat of paint, refresh the bathrooms...etc. Our room was very clean and comfy but I just noticed a few maintenance things like our towel hook was missing, the water pressure in the shower was poor, and overall the carpets and the walls looked like it's just been awhile since an update. Overall, good place to stay if you are running around touring and just need a place to sleep."

"We booked this hotel for ACL and we were confronted by 2 cockroaches in our room, stains on pillows, stains on the carpet, and the shower looked like it had not been washed. We spoke with someone at the front desk and he offered us a different room that was bigger. Thinking we will have better luck we were again confronted by 3 more bugs in the new room. We asked for a refund and thankfully it was granted however this is not the kind of place I would let myself or loved ones stay. I only got two pictures of the bugs since the other bugs were thrown out already."
