"The elevator smell as soon as you got on it. There were also cockroaches on the top u could clearly see. When we walk in our room it was ok but when you went to take a shower there were cockroaches inside it running around. Room service kept knocking on our door while we were trying to sleep. I got video and pics of the live coach roaches in our room what a way to spend Christmas. The staff could only apologize and knows about the infestation of roaches."

"We came to visit family here in Buda and Kyle, and this is the type of room you will get here. I asked for a room on the first floor and near an exit door. He ends up giving me a room on the 3rd floor fortest from an exit. This place needs to invest in a commercial cleaning company like Jani-King of something. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Found a roach in my shower and knowing from experience when there's one there's more. I go ask if they have people or stuff to fumigate or clean up bugs. Tells me no and the most he can do is move me to another room but I already am in the best room I'm not going to pay high price and downgrade. Didn't even get a refund or discount."

"Do not stay here!!!! As soon as I walked in, the odor was terrible. Elevator stunk worse, I had to plug my nose with my shirt. I almost vomited because it stinks so bad. Only staff I saw was behind desk. They didn't even apologize when I said that it stinks so bad. Roaches are a problem here. Carpets are so bad that the bottom of my shoes turned black. Absolutely disgusting!!! This place needs an extreme makeover and better staff! I also noticed on these reviews that they respond with an apology, but even though they don't make any improvements whatsoever"

"This was a good location at the most reasonable price for attending a concert at the circuit of the Americas. The staff was very friendly in the room was very clean. I knocked it down one star because the bed isn’t super comfortable. However, it is very decent for just one night."
