We thank you for your tentiveness and professional acts of kindness. We would also like to acknowledge the front desk staff for documenting concerns and being good listeners that helped us to understand that they have a protocol that worked to solve things to either restore things to a better state or fix them so that transparency would be recognized, as a result of that problems were solved. "Such a nice short stay I had here. Was visiting NASA with my sons boy scout troop. Very accommodating to my needs. They provide all the essentials for the kitchenette in room. Very Clean room. Office staff were all helpful and friendly. Only thing I wish they had a hot breakfast and not grab and go. Also, beds weren't that comfortable. Great location to NASA and have everything around you! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Be careful not to leave any sentimental items behind - I regretfully did and they were accidentally given to another guest. Other than that, staff were really kind, and it’s a nice area and comfortable hotel"

"Staff was incredibly rude and condescending. I was there for a food delivery (I would never be caught dead staying in this hotel) and some lady who I assume was the hotel manager was harassing me as I was just doing my job. Would never stay in this trash hotel anyhow, but not only is the hotel garbage, it’s obvious the staff is even worse. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. 1 star seems like a compliment."
