"During this severe weather alert, they have shut some of the residents power off, and refused payment from the residents. When other residents have tried to help them keep their phones charging, they have threatened the other tenants with refusing payment from them as well so they don't help the others. Shutting off the power is illegal to do during severe weather. That's just cruel, ESPECIALLY when they have an INFANT there with them."

"Not the best area off werner rd and the northbound 45 freeway. Just before Tidwell rd if you headed into downtown on the left hand side and just past Tidwell rd on the right hand side if you are going towards Conroe from Downtown Houston. There was roaches. Holes in the floor of the bathroom in rm 124 the either lead outside or towards the first floor. So gross. The ppl who work there are lazy and rude as hell to top it off. I don't recommend this hotel at all."
"The room is renovated and clean. The dark gray color of the room makes people calm. The yard outside has an automatic iron gate, which is very safe. Service is great, too."
