InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - IAH Airport

"My toilet wasnt flushing and after hours property attendant never answers the phone and the office is not of help at all. I also didnt like how housekeeping only cleans the room one day a week on mondays and they dont gove toulet tissue nor bath towels if you run out. I will not be coming to this location ever again. They need better toilets."

"I have recently moved in my apartment and left this location. Before I stayed at this hotel, I checked the reviews and saw HORRIBLE COMMENTS about insects, drugs and people hanging out making noise all the time. Well even after reading that my finances still wouldn't allow me to afford anything else so I checked in for 2 weeks. Let me tell you...the place was GREAT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY & AFFORDABLE. NEVER did I see any insects. 2 weeks/ not one roach. No noise, no hanging out. Not one problem. YOU CAN'T ALWAYS BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. BOT TO MENTION THE STAFF THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE ARE GREAT PEOPLE. They were respectful and helpful. You would totally be ok going here. I'm returning anytime I need a room."

"I stayed here for a week. The door wouldn't lock and it needed to get fixed . Called the front made a request nothing was handled and no one showed up to fix it. Also the water heater went out so there is no Hot Water especially right now during winter it's inconvenient. So I moved out."

"I moved in, April 28, 2023. I Arrived at 12noon. I called the front desk phone, a lady told me they opened at 13:30. I waited and still had to call her back at 13:45, to come open. A lady showed up and let me choose between an upgraded model or the traditional room. I chose the traditional room because, it was larger. It was not clean. The carpet was wet and stained real bad. The walls had been patched over. There was black mold in the bathroom ceiling. There was no tub, only a walk in shower, and the water would drain downward onto the bathroom floor. Roaches, and other bugs were there. The drainage from the shower, came into the room area, and the kitchen counter leaned. Lastly, the internet did not work. I reported this to the lady at the desk and she said, they were not going to fix it. I could choose another room or deal with it. Some of the tenants were rowdy at times but, eventually, they were gone. I brought in my own internet. A few weeks later, There was another front desk person, his name was Anthony. He was very helpful, and understanding. He used a chemical spray to get rid of the mold. He put roach motels in the room. He was very helpful, kind, and friendly. Other than those issues. MY STAY WAS PLEASANT. I enjoyed being able to cook and refridgerate my food, I worked One mile down the beltway. I wished there was a city bus stop closer, since I did not have a vehicle. I give Intown Suites a 5 because, besides the issues, my stay was pleasant and convenient. Thank you"

"I’ve been here a little over 5 weeks and I’ve enjoyed my stay. If I have any questions or concerns Anthony is always there to answer and help with any problem or situation. I haven’t had any problems with my room at all since I’ve been here. One thing I love about Anthony is that he does his job and he has amazing customer service and support. I see Anthony is here every morning before 8 AM doing maintenance work and cleaning the property like it’s his own home and I never hear him complaining. I don’t think this hotel would run as smoothly as it does if Anthony wasn’t here."
